Chamomile Maroc Essential Oil is a wonderful oil to use at night and when feeling low in spirits; its naturally uplifting and yet relaxing scent is often regarded as being useful in promoting a good night's sleep. You might also find it useful to help soothe irritated and inflamed skin and skin conditions such as eczema. Traditionally it's been used as a muscle relaxant & skin conditioner. It's chemically and olfactorily different from German (Matricaria) and Roman Chamomile. Not to be confused with True Chamomile (Roman Or Matricaria). Its a lovely option if you're looking for a gentler oil to use (it may be more suitable therefore for use with children and the elderly).
