Lemon Verbena is truly a relaxing oil. Try using 2-3 drops in a dispersant (eg: Amphora Bath or Shower Gel Base) in the bath. You can use it on its own or perhaps blend it with Lavender Essential Oil. Lemon Verbena is also useful as a 'pick me up' or mood booster. You might like to use it in one of our vaporisers after a hangover or when you're feeling emotionally or physically low. You might find it useful as a stress control agent. Lemon Verbena is believed to have a softening effect on the skin and can help to reduce puffiness (always dilute to a maximum of 1% before skin application).
