Features
Valerian Root essential oil has a strong aroma so it is recommended that you blend with petitgrain, orange or mandarin essential oils to soften the odour. It's a lovely calming and relaxing oil which can help you wind down before bed. Can also be used in massage but should be used very well diluted and always blended with other essential oils.
