Warning or Restrictions
For external use only. Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen, menthol, any of the ingredients, asprin or any other painkillers. Do not use if you have asthma and know that asprin or NSAID's may bring on an asthma attack, a runny nose (rhinitis), itching or rashes. Do not use if you are more than 6 months pregnant or if you are breastfeeding. Do not use on broken skin or if your skin is infected or inflamed.Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking asprin, any painkillers or if you are pregnant. Do not use after the expiry date.

Product Uses
Apply 1-4cm of gel as a thin layer over the affected area and gently rub in the gel until it is absorbed. Use up to 3 times a day. Do not use more often than every 4 hours.
