Awful!! Tried to contact this seller numerous times paid for extreme kit only received ONE serum!! I want a full refund I’m sending the serum back I don’t want any of it anymore!!

Very disappointing service would not recommend. I had to wait more the 2 weeks for my order I still haven't received my order. I requested for a refunds they wont refund the delivery charge I had do email them. A very poor service. I haven't received any sort of email from them if its delayed or cancel. I had to keep emailing. They really need to change system. On there web they advertised 3-5 working days. This is false

Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched same day when an order is placed before 12pm GMT.

Returns Information

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
