I would have given it a Zero if I had that option. The service is so poor and when you try to speak to someone, you get moved around without actually resolving the query and emails aren't responded to either. @ Superdrug should take accountability of these items which are being sold on their website and oversite CS' care. In brief I ordered some items and only some were delivered, more than a week on, I'm still going around the house trying to get a refund- AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
