This is a common characteristic of natural butters and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. The balm will return to its smooth texture once the temperature increases. To soften the balm, you can place it in a warm area, such as a radiator, sunny window. Alternatively, simply warm it between your hands before application. This product has been reviewed for use for pregnant and breast feeding woman and confirmed safe but we always advise to speak to your health advisor before using.
